Valencia want to take Chelsea star, Michy Batshuayi, on-loan this season after he starred for Borussia Dortmund the last time out.
The Belgian won bronze with his country at the just concluded FIFA World Cup in Russia, but still seem to have no future at Stamford bridge.
He joined the Blues from Olympique Marseille in the summer of 2016 as one of Antonio Conte’s first signings, yet he failed to get into the Italian’s plans.
He was shipped out on loan in the second half of last season and impressed in the German Bundesliga before injuries curtailed his development.
He is set to resume preseason next week, however, he doesn’t seem to still feature in the plans of their new manager.
Maurizio Sarri is pursuing a deal for Juventus attacker Gonzalo Higuain and that would mean Batshuayi would be fourth choice behind the Argentinean, Olivier Giroud and Alvaro Morata.
Valencia have approached the Blues to try and help the attacker get more playing time next season. They are said to have told Chelsea of their intention to take him on a temporary basis, and are expecting a response from the Blues about potential fees.
