Real Madrid seem to have made the decision we have all been waiting for in terms of who would be the next goalkeeper they would sign.
Los Blancos have been linked with a host of goalkeepers since last summer, and they are finally set to land one next summer.
The Premier League duo of David de Gea and Thibaut Courtois has been their first and second choice from last month, but they never moved for any of those as they know they won’t be successful.
However, Talksport is now reporting that the European champions have abandoned their pursuit of David de Gea and they are now looking to sign Chelsea’s Thibaut Courtois.
Per the report, they believe the Belgian would be easier to land than the Spain number one. They are hoping that Courtios admission that he would love to be closer to his family who are in Madrid would make him force his move through.
Courtois would not come cheap anyway and the Blues may have a new manager who would want to keep him next season.
