Real Madrid are plotting a last ditch attempt to sign Eden Hazard this summer, but Chelsea are set to refuse that offer no matter the price.
The European champions sold Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus this summer and they have been looking to replace the Portuguese superstar. Hazard is their main target and the Belgian also seem keen on a move to the Bernabeu.
The Belgian openly flirted with the idea of playing for Madrid and has maintained that they are his dream club. He has just under 24 months left on his current Chelsea deal and has refused to sign the extension that has been on the table.
Real Madrid had ended their interest in the former Lille man, however, after they lost to Atletico Madrid in the Super Cup, they are set to make another move for him, according to Sun Sport.
The Blues have however, reiterated that Hazard is not for sale at any price and Maurizio Sarri has continued to declare that the World Cup third place winner remains a major part of his current and future plans.
Hazard has not started any of Sarri’s two Premier League games this season, but he has come off the bench to setup two goals already.
