Manchester United are racing against time to get Marcos Rojo committed to a new contract as PSG circle.
The Argentinian has been in talks with the Red Devils over a new deal but progress has been slow and this has left Jose Mourinho furious. The Portuguese manager sees Rojo as a huge part of his future and considers him one of two genuine defenders at the club alongside Eric Bailey.
Chris Smalling and Phil Jones are both facing the axe next summer and Mourinho knows the future of Rojo needs to be sorted out soon enough.
Reports from Sun Sport is claiming that PSG have been monitoring negotiations between the player and club and they are ready to pounce on a deal worth £30 million.
The French league leaders want Rojo to become their next South American superstar after the likes of Neymar and Edison Cavani.
Rojo has just 15 months left on his current deal with the Red Devils and he is not looking for a move away. However, should his representatives continue to be far from the same figure with the Red Devils he may consider a lucrative move to the French side.
