After just three games it’s far too early to make any presumptions however there appears to be value in Liverpool finishing above Arsenal at even money.
One might be forgiven for steering clear of this one though. Arsenal’s consistent inconsistencies could be a warning on what’s to come as Wenger and this North London side do have the ability to string a good number of wins together as last season proved.
Liverpool also received a bit of stick last season with the words “burnout”, “drifted away” or “faded off” mentioned by pretty much all pundits. They did though have their fair share of injuries and provided they get a little more luck this season, and Klopp rests players at the right times, the even odds with BetVictor appear to be quite tasty.
There is a little title talk on Merseyside though but the bookies don’t believe it will be possible, giving odds of 11/8 and 5/2 to finish above Chelsea and Manchester United respectively. Finishing above Manchester City is strangely not availabe.
