Manchester United’s forgotten man Daley Blind could be on his way to Inter Milan after falling out of favour with Jose Mourinho this season.
The former Ajax man started the first three Premier League games of the season, however, as more players became fit, he was gradually frozen out and barely tasted action in the second half of the season.
He has been touted as part of a summer clear out even though Mourinho claims he wants him to remain at Old Trafford beyond this season.
Sun Sport claims that Italian giants Inter Milan are keeping an eye on him and they would watch him on international duty against Italy. Luciano Spaletti has money to spend after qualifying for the Champions League and believes Blind has the needed experience to fill the void they have on their left flank.
Blind is able to play a variety of roles from defence to attack and that seems to seat well with Spaletti. He is not the only Manchester United player who could be heading to the Serie A as Matteo Darmian is also being targeted by Juventus.
Blind still has one year left on his current deal, but he is not in a hurry to leave Old Trafford, claiming there is no guarantee that he would play if he moves to another club.
