Arsenal and Liverpool’s chances of luring Thomas Lemar next season have taken a hit according to the bookmakers with fear that the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona will come calling.
Madrid have not done much business over the last few months and will look again at some summer options despite already having a good group of youths starting to filter through.
Barcelona are likely still smarting over not getting their man in Coutinho and will see the Monaco youngster more as one for the media than the current team setup.
Arsenal do hold a few extra cards having spoken with Monaco about the player over the last 12 months. Liverpool did hold interest and coud possibly go back for Lemar next summer.
The chances of Lemar now joining a Premiership side have increased to 12/1 next summer with Arsenal and Liverpool at 9/1 and 16/1 respectively.
