New Chelsea boss, Maurizio Sarri is wasting no time in shaping his squad as the Blues plan a major assault on the Premier League and other competitions this season.
The Italian who replaced Antonio Conte just a few weeks ago has already began to get his method across to the players at his disposal, however, he needs new players and the Italian has set about trying to land his preferred targets.
One player who Sarri is keen on bringing to Stamford Bridge this summer is Juventus defender, Danielle Rugani. Rugani is also keen on the move after he failed to become the starting defender at the Allianz Stadium despite the sale of Leonardo Bonucci last season.
The Blues are said to have made several offers already the last of which was £35 million, however, reports this morning claims they are willing to go even go higher to land their man.
Per the reports Chelsea are prepared to up their current offer to £45 million and they hope that would be enough to persuade the Italians to sell.
Juventus are looking for cash to cover for the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo who joined them for a record £100 million and is on a huge £500k per week wage.
