Arsenal had a scout in Napoli’s Europa League game against RB Leipzig last week and that was not the first time.
According to Sun Sport, that was just one of many times the Gunners have had a representative at the Serie A leaders as Arsene Wenger considers making a move for Lorenzo Insigne and Kalidou Koulibally.
The French man is looking to bolster his team and avoid becoming the team that misses out of a place in the Champions League for a longer period of time.
Insigne is one attacker that Wenger thinks can add more flair and assists to his team after he sealed the move for Pierre Emerick Aubameyang last month. The Italian is a club icon at Napoli and Wenger knows that a move for him would be complicated, but the Gunners are ready to put all the money they can in the deal.
Koulibally is their new defensive target after they failed to land Johnny Evans last month. The France born Senegal international has been linked with a move to the Premier League in the past after Antonio Conte made him his priority target two seasons ago, however, Napoli refused to sell.
