Mostly doom and gloom on the Arsenal front but there are a few snippets to keep your chins up.
Sanchez is likely to go through very soon but we understand that Mkhitaryan might not be involved in the deal at all meaning Wenger will be getting some extra transfer cash. What the final fee might be will be behind closed doors but you can expect the Chilean to be wearing a different shirt very soon. It’s worth betting on if you get the chance.
Bordeaux are playing silly buggers in that they’re trying to get a bidding war going for youngster Malcom. Liverpool has been mentioned but they are covered in that area and they’ll not do any more big business this month. He’s off to Arsenal and it all now depends on whether Bordeaux get any silly offers from elsewhere. Our sources suggest he prefers brand London than the North West too.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is keen on a move as soon as possible but Dortmund are reluctant to let him go this January. Once the season is over he’s definitely out the door so it very much depends on whether Arsenal can twist Dortmunds arm into an early deal.
Wilshere is certainly staying. This is simply a case of lawyers and agents going over the paperwork and fine tuning everything. Arsenal fans can expect a 3 year contract for the England midfielder within the next two weeks, nothing to worry about on that front for fans of Wilshere anyway.
